Trivikram responds on not working with DSP

October 10, 2018 - 08:25 PM IST Trivikram Srinivas | Devi Sri Prasad

The collaboration of ace director Trivikram Srinivas and music composer Devi Sri Prasad started off with a super hit film ‘Jalsa’ in 2008 and they last partnered for Allu Arjun starrer S/o Satyamurthy (2015). But, Trivikram hasn’t opted DSP for his last two films – A Aa and Agnyathavaasi.

As Trivikram gets ready to for his film Aravindha Sametha on 11th October, the celebrity broke silence while speaking to the media journalists and provided an update on why he isn’t collaborating with Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad.

When the filmmaker was asked to clarify on why he’s not working with DSP, Trivikram said: “there’s no gap between us, and Devi still calls me regularly. Since I wanted a change in ‘my’ journey, it was my decision to work with other musicians.” Reasoning why he didn’t rope in Devi for A Aa, Guru Ji said, “DSP is not suitable for that film’s budget. Although I planned with Anirudh in first place, it didn’t materialize due to some schedule issues for him.”

With sky-high expectations, Aravindha Sametha, is set for massive worldwide release tomorrow. Produced by S Radha Krishna, the high voltage action film which has audio tunes by Thaman SS is censored with U/A. PS Vinod has cinematographed this project, in which Eesha Rebba, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil and Naga Babu played key roles.
