Buchi Babu who started his career as an assistant director under Sukumar recently made an impressive debut with a massive hit 'Uppena' starring Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty.

The director who scored a blockbuster with his debut itself has now got a positive nod from none other than young tiger NTR. Touted to be a sports drama based on Kabaddi, the makers are considering 'Peddi' as the title for the mass entertainer. NTR who is currently busy with a couple of films will join Buchi Babu after wrapping up his commitments. Meanwhile, the young director started working on another script.

It seems like he has also locked a basic plot for the film and narrated it to Mega Power Star Ram Charan. It seems like Charan also responded on a positive note and asked to work on the complete script.

However, Ram Charan is also busy with back to back films. Buchi Babu will complete the script and will wait for the arrival of Charan. Mythri Movie Makers will bankroll this project. It will be interesting to see Buchi Babu directing both the RRR heroes.
