The Manchu family earns a different image all together. Each one of them is unique and versatile. Adding to this, an old family member has been introduced to the public, perhaps, his first ever public appearance i.e., in the audio launch of Rowdy. He is none other than Mr. Aanand Srinivasan, husband of Mrs. Lakshmi Manchu. Till date he was just confined to profiles and google searches. But, he was live for Rowdy audio launch in Tirupathi to launch the romantic song “Nee Meeda Ottu...”.
Once Lakshmi Manchu spoke to the audience after launching the song, she requested her husband to speak a few words about the film. This gentleman, who started off with “Andariki Namaskaram”, spoke a couple of phrases in Telugu and later continued in English wishing the team of Rowdy good luck. But immediately Mohan Babu popped up complimenting Lakshmi “That is Lakshmi…Entaina Lakshmi ante gada gada” whipping satires at his son-in-law. But Mr. Anand beautifully replied that “He is not afraid of Lakshmi and we have mutual respect for each other”.
Mr. Anand and Lakshmi Manchu have reportedly recently shifted their base back to India. Now apart from the publicity the movie adorns, the introduction of Manchu’s son-in-law and the petty teasing made the audio release even more sensational and spicier. However, everything was taken in a lighter note but otherwise his debut public appearance was memorable!
