Dream Axiz Inc. (Dream Axiz), and its affiliates (collectively We, Us, Our/s) owns and operates iQlikMovies.com (Site) and We provide the Site features and other services to you subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms). If you visit iQlikMovies.com, use other Dream Axiz services, products, or use software or mobile applications provided by Dream Axiz (collectively Service/s) which state that they are subject to these Terms, you accept these Terms. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Site so long as the link does not portray Us and Our affiliates as also Our content providers, the Site, its Content and its Services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Dream Axiz logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without Ourexpress written permission.
You acknowledge that storing, distributing or transmitting unlawful material could expose you to criminal and/or civil liability.
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to these Terms as per the relevant law applicable to you and under the laws of Michigan. Persons who are incompetent to enter into legally binding contracts would include persons of unsound mind, minors, undischarged insolvents, etc. You acknowledge and agree that persons who are incompetent to contract are not eligible to use the Site and the Services.

MANNER OF ACCESS AND USE OF SITE

harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to "scroll" faster than other Users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges or to utilize the Service on an AS-IS basis as provided by Us;
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation; and

YOUR USER ACCOUNT

Certain information is required for the registration of a User Account with the Site. For certain Services, additional information shall be required to be furnished by you. TERMINATION

DREAM AXIZ SOFTWARE TERMS

Please refer to the terms of use for the software (including but limited to clause 17) provided by Us. These terms are the additional terms which apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) which We make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with the Services (Dream Axiz Software). If we provide specific terms for the Dream Axiz Software and there is a conflict between the specific terms for the Dream Axiz Software and the Terms, the specific terms for the Dream Axiz Software will govern.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site and Services, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Oakland County, Michigan, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

You may use the Dream Axiz Software only in connection with the Services. You may not separate any individual component of the Dream Axiz Software for use other than in connection with the Services, incorporate any portion of it into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, use it, or any portion of it, over a network, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the Dream Axiz Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Dream Axiz Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Dream Axiz Software for any illegal purpose. We may discontinue some or all of any Dream Axiz Software we provide, and We may terminate your right to use any Dream Axiz Software at any time and in such event may modify it to make it inoperable. Your rights to use the Dream Axiz Software will automatically terminate without prior notice from Us if you fail to comply with any of the Terms. Additional third party terms contained within or distributed with certain Dream Axiz Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that Dream Axiz Software and will govern the use of that Dream Axiz Software in the event of a conflict with the Terms.
Use of Third Party Services
When you use the Dream Axiz Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the Dream Axiz Software, whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the Dream Axiz Software.
Updates
In order to keep the Dream Axiz Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.

TERMS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM

As a part of Our Services, We also provide a platform through the Site for the Users to purchase [Indian Ethnic wear, Contemporary Indo-western outfits, Jewellery, Accessories, Handbags, Footwear, etc.] (collectively "Products") from the Vastr Fashion Group (hereinafter defined as Vendor) ("Online Shopping Platform"). You agree and undertake that you are accessing the Services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site. You acknowledge and understand that the Site is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed by you that the contract for sale of any Product shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Vendor and You.
For the purposes this Terms, the term "Vendor" shall mean the person or any legal entity who offers for sale, sells the products on the Site. The details of the Vendor will be displayed on the Site along with the Product offered by such Vendor.
All Product(s) in the Site are advertised / listed by the Vendor. Dream Axiz shall neither be responsible nor liable to mediate or resolve any disputes or disagreements between you and the Vendor.
Dream Axiz shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of Vendor or any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by Vendor.
Dream Axiz does not sell or retail Products and Dream Axiz expressly disclaims any warranties or representations whether express or implied in respect of quality, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the Products listed and transacted on the Site.
Dream Axiz accepts no liability for any errors or omissions by or on behalf of the Vendor.
Dream Axiz is not responsible and shall not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between you and the Vendor.
Dream Axiz does not at any point of time during any transaction between Buyer (as defined hereinafter) and Vendor on the Site come into or take possession of any of the Products offered by Vendor nor does it at any point gain title to or have any rights or claims over the Products offered by Vendor to Buyer. Dream Axiz is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
You shall independently agree upon the manner and terms and conditions of delivery, payment, insurance etc. with the Vendor that you transact with.
You shall indemnify and keep indemnified Dream Axiz, its licensors, content suppliers, vendors, subsidiaries and related companies, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the your actions. You hereby categorically waive any claims that you have or may have against Dream Axiz under the Terms or in connection with the Site or in connection/relation to the Product or under any applicable law or otherwise.
The address at which delivery of the Product ordered by you is to be made should be correct and proper in all respects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you in providing incorrect name or address or any other incorrect information, any extra cost incurred by Dream Axiz/ Vendor for the redelivery shall be claimed from you. Any and all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway. Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
We strongly urge the buyer of Product(s) ("Buyer") to check the Product at the time of delivery. If at the time of the delivery, the Product is found to be defective, damaged, or does not match the description of the Product ordered, the Buyer shall not accept the delivery of the Product and shall return the Product immediately, and inform the same to [the customer care of the Vendor/ Dream Axiz]. Upon the above return of the Product by the Buyer, the Vendor shall, at its sole discretion, either replace the Product at no extra charges or refund the purchase amount in full.
The Vendor shall not replace any Product or provide any refund for (i) any Product(s) which have been [used]; (ii) any Product which has been damaged due to normal "wear and tear"; and (iii) damage occurred due to improper maintenance via washing machines or not following regular procedures such as dry cleaning etc. 18.15 Cancellation Policy
If the Buyer cancels the order for any Product within 24 hours of placing the order, Dream Axiz shall refund the full price paid for such Product to the same account or card from which the Product price was paid.
