Nayantara is one of the very few heroines down South who could have a blooming career even after a hiatus. She was supposed to quit films after Sri Rama Rajyam due to her touted wedding with Prabhu Deva. But ironically her love story got a U-turn and she is back into films. After a dud like Greekuveerudu last year, she is again back into Telugu with her upcoming Anaamika, a women-centric suspense thriller.

Anaamika is the Telugu remake of Hindi Kahaani, directed by eminent director Sekhar Kammula and jointly produced by Viacom 18, Identity Motion Pictures and Logline Pictures. The movie that has been in the news for almost a year is now ready to dive into the market. The audio of the film composed by M.M. Keeravani is ready to hit the stands on 16th April. The makers are planning to bring the movie on the 1st of May without fail.

The film has been recently screened to a selected group of audience and a feedback has been collected from them. The movie bags a positive internal talk and is gearing up to hit the box-office as an underdog. This is a new genre that even Sekhar Kammula and Nayantara have ever played. So, it is a big day both for Nayantara, Sekhar Kammula and Telugu filmmakers as well as the film would stand as true litmus for the changing trend in Telugu cinema. So, watch out movie buffs!
