A non-bailable warrant has been issued against popular writer, director Vijayendra Prasad, the father of SS Rajamouli.
Going into the details of the story, Vijayendra Prasad has reportedly borrowed an amount of Rs. 32 lakhs from Narasimhudu producer Chengala Venkat Rao in the past promising to provide story for Narasimhudu. Due to differences, Vijayendra Prasad could not deliver the promised story. In spite of not providing, Vijayendra Prasad has allegedly did not clear the debt amount or repay the remuneration he took for the film. Adding to which, the Cheque issued by Prasad later has allegedly bounced. So, the grieved producer lodged a case against Vijayendra Prasad in Yalamanchali court.
In passing a verdict upon the case, the court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant upon the popular writer. Further advancements in the case are yet to be known.
