Rajinikanth starrer Kochadaiiyaan has got a grand release in Telugu and Hindi along with the original Tamil version a couple of weeks back. With a negative response from the audience, the film’s performance at the box-office was below par and left everyone with huge losses. None of the elements of Vikrama Simha [in Telugu] were able to neither attract the audiences nor satisfy the film goers.

Kochadaiyan’s lead actress Deepika Padukone is said to have expressed her disappointment about the character and the way the director has molded it. She has heard the poor reviews and negative comments from the general public and is in regrets for accepting such a lacklustre film. It is also being said that the Bollywood beauty has made a promise that this will be her last film in Tamil language.
