Whistles for Serious Scenes @ Drushyam

There are films which carry positive talk right from the day it hits the floors and meet the expectations. One such film which is making quite a buzz is Drushyam starring Venkatesh, Meena along with Nadiya and Naresh in important roles. The movie is said to be a family thriller, it hit the screens today and reports are arriving that massive openings have taken place.

According to latest collection reports, the theatre occupancy is showing 80 to 90 percent despite being a working day. Though families were not seen much the general audience has come out in good numbers. And here is the interesting part, the second half has a good share of emotional scenes.

Sources say those scenes were met with whistles and claps. Usually the writers in Tollywood are of the notion that claps come only for comedy scenes so they tend to focus more on that genre. But this film is turning out to be an eye opener for them. Added to that, Venky’s performance is also getting accolades.
