Pesarattu inspired by Ice Cream

July 17, 2014 - 11:16 AM IST Ice Cream

In the name of creativity, film makers are coming up with catchy titles and these days they are going to an extent that they are not even sparing the food items too. For example, Aavakai Biryani, Ulavacharu Biryani, Ice Cream.

Here one more film is coming up with such an interesting title. If one has to name an amazing South Indian Delicacy in the breakfast, then it has got to be 'Pesarattu' (a special form of Dosa). But what will be the reaction if that becomes the title of a film? Well, that is exactly the situation of many cine buffs and the Tollywood circles.

A film is being directed by Kathi Mahesh and it is named as Pesarattu. This is slated to be a satirical comedy and the making is inspired by the ‘Flow-cam’ technology introduced by the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma in his recent release Ice Cream. The poster was unveiled recently.

Sources reveal that the film would be completed in one day and the story is on a marriage backdrop where the Pesarattu becomes the crux of the plot. The other interesting point is, Mahesh is seeking public funding for this project and already someone has come forward to invest 25k. Let us wait to see how tasty this gets.
