Big Banners On Erotic Films

The business of cinema is changing its face from time to time and it must be said that the economy is driven from what is happening in Bollywood. Our sources from Mumbai reveal that these days some of the big banners out there have begun focusing on a particular genre because they feel strong revenue potential in it.

Well, some of Bollywood’s big banners have fallen on erotic films. It is heard that the likes of EROS, Balaji Movies, Viacom 18, UTV Motion Pictures are looking at subjects that have erotic appeals and themes. In the past, films like Love Sex Aur Dhokha, Murder, Hate Story, Jism and others have given a clear message.

They have proved that saleability is high for that content and even the investment for such films is optimum because they don’t involve much of outdoor shoots. Of course, the irony is, if the same genre of films is touched in south it is called an adult and ‘Boothu’ movie and boycotted by the audience without a second thought.
