Success Meet Vs Cricket Match

It is more or less a tradition to have a success meet for a film irrespective of how it is performing in the theatres. This happens three or four days after the film’s release. But then, measures are also taken to ensure that media and others give full attendance when that is happening.

However, that doesn’t seem to be the case with the team of the recent release Yevade Subramanyam. Reports reveal the film has decided to have its success meet at the JRC convention today and the timing has been fixed as 4 pm in the evening. But here is the twist in the tale.

The entire nation would be glued to their TV sets right from the morning because India is facing Australia in the World Cup Semifinal. So, without match completion, even the media will not come. The match is expected to continue till evening 5 pm and god forbid, even if India is on the losing trend, nobody would move. So, whatever may be the situation, the success meet may happen smoothly only after the match is over.
