When the magnum opus Baahubali was in the making, a lot of speculations were making rounds about its success primarily due to its budget. The film was being made at Rs 200 crores plus and given Tollywood market stamina and for that matter, even the south cinema market, this figure looked impossible to recover.
But the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli made the impossible possible by breaking all barriers of records and writing new ones. In fact, this has put every cine pundit and market guru in a state of shock looking at the way people respond when a good film comes. Hence, all eyes are now on another movie.
This is the Tamil flick Puli which has an ensemble of stars such as Vijay, Shruti Haasan, Hansika, Sudeep, Sridevi and many others. This film has been made at a whopping budget of Rs 120 crores and speculations are on regarding its fate. Many believe the swing of Baahubali will also pull Puli up while few others say comparison will be done and if it is anywhere below Baahubali then Puli is gone. Let us see what happens.
