Hold your horses! Don’t jump off to conclusions. Superstar Mahesh Babu hasn’t watched Kick 2 yet (of course, we have no clue if he wants to watch it now). But Mahesh is associated with Kick 2.

Going into the details, Raviteja has already stated in the pre-release interview that Kick 2 isn’t a sequel to Kick but in fact a different story that was later developed and titled Kick 2. Before the Mass Maharaja was involved in the project, Surender Reddy narrated the initial storyline of Kick 2 to Mahesh Babu soon after the release of Khaleja but Mahesh was not impressed with it. Eventually, the project was materialized with Raviteja and here is Kick 2.

However instances like these are quite common in the film industry. Even Athadu was a story that was initially narrated to Pawan Kalyan and he reportedly slept off hearing to the story. Well, Mahesh is known for his judgment and that is why, he is a Superstar now!
