You might be surprised to hear this but for many westerners Indian cinema means only Bollywood and even if you make a Telugu film they assume it is Bollywood. The impact and reach of Bollywood is so strong and lately even international audience has begun to like the taste of Hindi movies.
With that in mind, they came up with the International Indian Film Academy Awards which are held in exotic international locations across the globe each year. A regional version of that happens to be IIFA Utsav and here is the good news. This year, the IIFA Utsav is going to be hosted by our very own Hyderabad.
The event is scheduled to take place in the month of December and the best part is, this would be funded by the Telangana government which means the entire machinery would be on job to make this city as beautiful as it can be. This is indeed a prestigious moment so here’s wishing all success to IIFA Utsav 2015.
