Baahubali- this film got the worldwide appreciation mainly due to the grandeur sets, locations and the presence of never before seen beauty of a giant waterfall. This miracle was possible only because of the technological advancements, Computer Graphics which acted as a tool for Rajamouli’s vision.
Makuta- a VFX company who contributed for more than fifty percent in Baahubali film and in the past this is the same company worked for Eega as well. On acknowledging the Makuta’s contribution for Baahubali cinema, Rajamouli shared a 3 minute video of VFX making for the important sequences like Mahishmati palace, Dheevara song making etc.
On the whole, Rajamouli is the one filmmaker along with master craftsman Shankar who stands front in using the technology extensively for the cinema. We will have to wait and see how Rajmouli would do wonders with the technology in Baahubali- The Conclusion and in his future endeavours.
