The nail biting suspense and drama over Chiranjeevi’s 150th film has finally come to an end. Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee The Fighter has turned out to be Chiranjeevi’s 150th film and Chiru has recently finished shooting for the film that shall hit the screens on Oct 16.
Now Chiru’s next project under Ram Charan’s production is abuzz. The project that was in doldrums all this while has been reportedly confirmed and further details shall be announced on the stage of Bruce Lee The Fighter audio launch tomorrow (Oct 2) amidst Mega fans.
If our sources are to be believed, it is going to be the remake of Tamil super hit Katthi (featuring Vijay and Samantha in the leads). Producer ‘Tagore’ Madhu who has earlier produced Tagore with Chiru bought the remake rights of Kaththi and Ram Charan has finally acquired from him. 'Tagore' Madhu has initially planned to remake it with Pawan Kalyan and later NTR’s name was also considered. But finally the script came back to the Mega compound and none other than the Megastar is doing it.
Well, latest interestingly VV Vinayak has been roped in to direct this remake and the film shall board the sets from the month of November. The same combination repeated for Chiru’s earlier blockbuster Tagore which was again a Murugadoss film (Ramana) that was remade by VV Vinayak. So after much brainstorming and a long wait, Chiru has banked upon a remake to entertain his fans. Fans embrace yourselves for the grand comeback!
