Nag to turn as a Mega Villain?

The charming and ever handsome Akkineni Nagarjuna has been choosing some great and versatile roles right from the beginning of his career. He has been instrumental in bringing out great talents like Ram Gopal Varma, Krishna Vamshi , Sandeep Chowta and so on to the film industry and encourages promising talent. Films like Shiva, Geethanjali, Annamayya and Gaganam itself are examples of his great taste in choosing films.

We reported earlier that this handsome actor has had an unfulfilled dream of acting in a negative role. There was a buzz that he would act as the Epic anti hero Ravana under the direction of K.Raghavendra Rao. While there is no confirmation about this interesting project, here is an interesting update which might make Nagarjuna get to his dream earlier!

Thani Oruvan is one Tamil film in recent times which became a sensational hit and in which the villain’s role played by Aravind Swamy earned great accolades. This film is going to be remade in Telugu with Ram Charan being the hero and Kick fame Surender Reddy to be directing it. But coming to the role of Aravind Swamy, many names such as Rana, Nara Rohit were heard but sources say the makers are planning to approach Nagarjuna for the role!

The icing on the cake is that- Nagarjuna is showing good deal of interest in acting as the villain opposite the young Mega Hero!
