Controversies for a big budget film have become quite common off late because of the popularity factor and star value. However, it is shocking to see even a devotional film which is away from politics or creed also getting into such serious controversy!

Such situation is happening for Nagarjuna- K Raghavendra Rao’s project Om Namo Venkatesaya which is based on the real life story of Hathiram Baba – a great devotee of Lord Venkateshwara. The management of Hathiram Baba math are raising serious objections towards this project now. They are upset that the makers failed to have a word with the math before getting into the decision of making a film.

They also said that the film shouldn’t have any objectionable scenes which would tarnish the reputation of Hathiram Baba. Being a board member of TTD, it is an easy task for K Raghavendra Rao to wrap this issue and the makers are in full zeal to begin this anticipated project.

The devotional combo of Nagarjuna- K Raghavendra Rao and MM Keeravani never failed to impress the audience and it sure would be another marvel now!
