Prakash Raj is one class apart actor who is indeed the pride of Indian cinema. On the flip side, he is one of the most controversial actors also. Well exactly when Prakash Raj fans are happy that he is missing from controversies, he hit headlines with a set of sensational comments.

Going into the details, Prakash recently found fault with the portrayal of transgenders in our Indian cinema. Showcasing them in negative and flimsy roles is unacceptable and hurting their sentiments, opines Prakash Raj. In the wake of Vikram’s Iru Mugan recent Iru Mugan trailer release, Prakash’s comments have turned controversial. We know Vikram is playing the role of a transgender named ‘Love’ who is the lead antagonist in Iru Mugan movie and Prakash’s comments are being dubbed as a counter to Vikram. Interestingly, Prakash essayed the role of a eunuch in his 2000 release Appu (Maharani in Telugu) and he is also playing a key role in Inkokkadu movie now.

Hope Prakash’s bold opinion doesn’t buy new headaches for him. Meanwhile, he is gearing up for his next directorial venture Mana Oori Ramayanam (bilingual).
