The power packed hero Nandamuri Balakrishna is taking a big challenge in the form of historic epic Gautamiputra Satakarni as his prestigious 100th film. The actor has been working hard to look dashing in the lead role as an emperor and all the arrangements are made for the film’s release on Sankranthi 2017 as a treat for Nandamuri fans.
Coming to his next film, there was a buzz that Balayya might team up with versatile filmmaker Krishna Vamsi for a film called Rythu which deals with farmers and agricultural issues in the two states. But as per the latest updates, the film seems to have been shelved.
The main reason behind this abrupt shelving is the creative differences between Balakrishna and Krishna Vamsi. While Balakrishna prefers to work with pre written hard bound script, Krishna Vamsi is more spontaneous in his approach.
Moreover, as the film’s subject goes a little against government’s methods, Balakrishna is not showing interest as he is part of the ruling government.
