Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently jubilant gearing up for the release of this prestigious 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni. However, on the other hand he is busy planning his 101st and 102nd films as well.
As we all know about the public announcement of his 101st film Rythu under the direction of Krishna Vamsi and both Balayya and director Krishna Vamsi approached legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan for a cameo as well. However suddenly the entire buzz muted and even speculations are rife that the film shelved.
As per close sources, Balakrishna eventually lost interest in the project Rythu. Creative differences (especially with respect to submitting bound script) with Krishna Vamsi and on top of it, Amitabh declining the role are the two key reasons behind this, according to the grapevine. Well KV apparently worked on the role and gave a second narration to Big B which went in vain. All these allegedly demotivated Balayya to proceed ahead with the project.
Interestingly Krishna Vamsi recently clarified on this delay. He said that they are just waiting for Amitabh’s reply which gave rise to more doubts. Hope and wish all the problems resolve and the project sees the light of the say soon!
