Nani's Awe Is A Multi-Genre Movie!

December 04, 2017 - 05:50 PM IST Nithya Menen | Regina

Nani is the T'wood's newest producer with an interesting movie coming up. The title was unveiled along with the first look poster recently. Titled as 'AWE' the movie is to star Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, Isha, Regina Cassandra, Srinivas Avasarala and a lot of others in the lead roles. Doesn't that sound interesting?

A poster featuring gorgeous Nithya Menen was unveiled too, creating a huge buzz over the social media. As per the latest update, the makers have planned to release the film in the month of February 2018.

For this movie, the story which is penned by a debut director Prashanth Varma is a contrasting one. Prashanth Varma has worked on my interesting projects and he got into limelight with ‘Dialogue in the Dark which features the first Indian short film with virtual audio. Baahubali's costume designer Prashanti Tipirneni is the co-producer of the film. The film also features voice-over Mass Raja Ravi Teja and Nani himself.

There is a specialty, which would probably grab the attraction of everyone.  This movie doesn't fall under one particular genre. The story of Awe revolves around a fish, and the story's genre keeps changing every now and then. The latest poster featuring Nithya Menen also hints the same when keenly observed.

For such movies in which the screenplay, direction, and all the other technical aspects need to be in perfect sync in order to convey the concept to the viewer. We must appreciate Nani for taking up this project as a challenge. We wish the team a very good luck and looking forward to the release of this multi-genre movie.
