There was a time when Bollywood used to show that divide between them and the southern cinema but cut to the present, they are looking eagerly downwards to see whatever they can import and make crores out of it. In the last few years, Bollywood has taken many south masala movies especially from Tollywood and minted huge profits at the box office.
Now, the time has come for yet another flick to join that list. We are talking about the movie ‘Temper’ featuring young tiger Junior NTR and the saucy seductress Kajal Aggarwal. The film has now been taken for the Hindi version and it is named as ‘Simmba’ featuring the motormouth Ranveer Singh.
The film is being helmed by the noted filmmaker Rohit Shetty who is a big fan of the southern masala movies. The release date has been locked on December 28th, 2018 and the producer for this is Karan Johar. It is also heard that the search for the leading lady is on. Time for the Mumbai folks to taste some southern masala!
