To the generation of today, the list of top heroines will be the awesome beauty Anushka, the cute smile queen Samantha or the milky white beauty Tamannaah. However, if one has to take the name of that one actress who has stood as an eternal diva, it is none other than Soundarya. Though she has passed 14 years ago, her memory is still strong.

Recollecting her presence is the iconic writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna. Sharing his thoughts through a message, Paruchuri recalled April 17th, 2004. Apparently, he was at Osmania University receiving his Ph.D on that day when a journalist came rushing to him and informed a disaster has occurred.

He conveyed the death of Soundarya to Paruchuri. She was considered Tollywood’s homegirl and adored to the maximum. Paruchuri extended its heartfelt tribute and reiterated Soundarya can never be forgotten. To those who are not aware, Soundarya died in an aircraft crash near Bangalore and the sad part is, she was seven months pregnant at that time.
