The Geetha Govindam actor Vijay Deverakonda is right now, a trendsetter and heartthrob of many. He has a good number of projects in his kitty. Geetha Govindam is releasing next week and then he has Taxiwala to release. He has also NOTA to release in Tamil.
And now, his next film Dear Comrade has started shooting from August 6 at Thondangi in East Godavari district. The film is being written and directed by Bharat Kamma, a newcomer while Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead role, yet again with Vijay.
Dear Comrade comes up with the tagline ‘Fight For What You Love’ and is going to be an emotional drama. Hero Vijay Deverakonda will be delivering dialogues in Andhra slang and his role would be a very powerful one with a strong sense of social responsibility. Vijay is anyway known for experimenting and trying different roles and trends with each movie.
Justin Prabhakaran will compose music and Sujith Sarang is the cinematographer.
Leading production house, Mythri Movie Makers is producing Dear Comrade in association with Big Ben Cinemas banner. The banner belongs to Vijay’s uncle Yash, who is one of the producers of Pellichoopulu.
