Even after the release, troubles haven’t left Sarkar. The Vijay starrer and Murugadoss directorial is being screened at many theatres in different parts of Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh but is now facing hurdles due to some scenes which have hurt the sentiments of one particular political party in Tamil Nadu.
Apparently, they had some issues with few scenes of Varalaxmi Sarathkumar where their feelings were hurt. So they have filed a case against them and asked to delete those scenes immediately. But the team of Sarkar hasn’t responded to this anyway and since the launch it has been in trouble.
On the other hand, while things are on fire, Varalaxmi has said that she wants to enter politics and that it will happen soon. She also said that her inspiration is Jayalalitha, the Amma of Tamil Nadu, who passed away recently. “I will not join my father’s part too and he already asked me about it. I will make the right announcement when the right time comes, She added.
I am pretty sure that in next five years, I will be a good politician. I am a socially responsible person and I think it’s good if I am into politics. People who have a problem with this will always have some problem,” she said.
