Ever since K Chandrasekhar Rao has become the Chief Minister of the Telangana state he has been showing his magnanimity by announcing funds for various communities and initiatives. While that is understood, can you imagine him granting a whopping four crores just for a movie to be made on the culture of Telangana.

This does sound unbelievable but it has happened. The director who managed to get this jackpot is Allani Sridhar. According to sources, he got a grant of 4 crores from the government of Telangana and using those funds, he did the movie ‘Komarum Bheem’. Now, this has triggered other filmmakers also in line.

Already, we have a movie named ‘Dorasani’ with Anand Deverakonda, brother of radical stud Vijay Deverakonda, making his debut as the hero. Going by this trend, if KCR wins in the upcoming elections then all will form a queue and will do movies based on Telangana. As it is, many are doing ads on TRS party to be in good books of KCR.
