Initially, the director planned special set to shoot this 1980-backdrop film. But the producer of this film -Ram Talluri, who also bankrolled actor's previous film 'Nela Ticket', is firm on shooting it in a real location to control the total budget. Convinced with his idea, both the actor and director are now gearing up to start filming in a real location itself. As per the plan, the film was about to take off by December 1st. But, due to some unexpected issues, now the film unit is expected to kick off the shoot from January 2019.
