The pre-release event of Ram Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' is scheduled on December 27th. The film, directed by massy filmmaker Boyapati Srinu, features Kiara Advani in the leading lady role.

The official announcement from makers of the film is that the newly elected working President of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Sircilla legislator Sri. KTR will be the chief guest for this function. KTR, who's a good friend of Charan, had previously attended the actor's Dhruva pre release function and that movie went on to become a superhit at box-office. DVV Daanayya is producing the film under DVV Entertainments banner. The announcement also adds that the pre-release event of VVR will happen at Police Grounds in Yousufguda, Hyderabad from 6 PM onwards on 27th December.

The makers are planning to release the movie for Pongal, 2019 and it is likely to fight Balakrishna's NTR-Kathanayakudu at the box office. The story, screenplay dialogues and direction has been single handely done by Boyapati and the film has audio tunes by Devi Sri Prasad.
