Extra Shows For NTR: Plus or Minus?

Big movies getting benefit from extra shows is a common trend in Tollywood. But in some cases, extra shows may give bitter results. It depends on how much ‘the cinema’ entertains audiences.

Yes, we are talking about Sankranthi movies. Firstly, it’s ‘NTR Biopic’ (1st part titled NTR Kathanayakudu) which is hitting theatres on January 9th. It got special permission from the Andhra Pradesh Government for extra shows. Some people welcoming this decision, taken by AP Government, but some are feeling it’s not at all a good move.

All of us know, Nandamuri Balakrishna, hero and one of the producers of ‘NTR Biopic’ is representing from Telugu Desam Party, which is in the power. On the other hand, Balakrishna is the brother in of AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Meanwhile, ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ is not a regular entertainer, because it is a biopic. So that trade pundits are eagerly watching and analyzing the situations. Let us see, whether the film gets extra benefit from extra shows or not. In Andhra Pradesh, as per government order, ‘NTR Biopic’ extra shows will be between 5 am to 12 pm. But the situation in Telangana is not yet known.
