The working stills of Superstar Rajinikanth from his next film 'Darbar' are widely under circulation on the Internet these days. As they are filming some key scenes on Rajini and lead actress Nayanthara in Mumbai, they wanted to make sure no scene is leaked and wanted to keep the location details undisclosed.
But, the film unit had a very bad experience after a group of college students hurled stones on the shooting sets. Reportedly, the Darbar unit was attacked while shooting at a college in Mumbai. With a view to secure the scenes at the time of the shoot, the makers have made a strict rule to restrict outsiders on to the sets. So, the production unit had warned college students to maintain distance from the shooting spot. Since they paid no heed to them, the request turned into the serious altercation between both sides. Angered for stopping them, students have reportedly thrown stones on the set.
Later, the filmmaker had lodged a complaint with the college management in this matter. And, he has decided to switch the shooting to another location. As a result, the shooting of the film is halted. However, there is no official word from the makers in this regard. Darbar, an Anirudh Ravichandran musical, is expected to see the light in January 2020.
