Tollywood Veteran Actor Rallapalli dies at 73

Tollywood veteran actor Rallapalli has, on Friday evening at 6 PM, passed away at Maxcure hospital in Hyderabad at the age of 73 following a prolonged illness.

Rallapalli Narasimha Rao is popularly called as Rallapalli. He was renowned for his comedic and supporting roles, particularly during the 1980s and 90s, has featured in more than 850 films in his entire career. Towards the end of his career, Rallapalli hosted a cookery show on the small screen.

The senior actor made his Tollywood debut with 'Kukka Katuku Cheppu Debba' in 1979. He was born on 15th August 1945 in Kambadur village of Anantapur district. Having acted in both Telugu and Tamil films, the noted thespian won the Nandi awards to his credit.
