Even before the shooting of Mahesh Babu's 26th movie 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' (SSMB26) has kicked off, Popular Entertainment channel Gemini TV has bagged its satellite rights for a record price. Confirming the same, the TV channel on Monday dropped a post on its social media page.
Given that Mahesh has recently delivered a huge blockbuster 'Maharshi', Gemini TV is said to have paid a whopping amount to grab the rights of his next with Anil Ravipudi. According to our reports, the first schedule of Sarileru Neekevvaru will begin from July 4 and Superstar will join the sets on 5th July.
Portions of Mahesh Babu, who will be seen as an army soldier, will be shot in Kashmir in the first schedule. The film is a joint production of Dil Raju, Anil Sunkara and Mahesh Babu. Former actress and Telangana Congress party leader Vijayashanti will make a comeback into films with 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'. Besides Mahesh, other important casts in the film include Rashmika Mandanna, Jagapathi Babu, Rajendra Prasad and Bandla Ganesh. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer and the film is slated for release on 14 January 2020.
