Megastar Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is the biggest box-office hit of the season. Even though the Hindi version of the film couldn't earn as expected, the Telugu version is roaring at the box-office in both AP and Telangana. On top of it, there are no big movies hitting the screens this week to compete with Sye Raa.
The historical action film has collected a share of Rs 135 Cr in the first 12 days of release. From two Telugu states, Sye Raa amassed a whopping Rs 99.5 Cr and Rs 13 Crores from overseas. While the Megastar starrer minted around 7.6 Cr from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and North Indian states, it has earned Rs 15 Cr from Karnataka alone.
When it comes to Nizam, Sye Raa has achieved the break-even mark and collected Rs 31 Cr to date. And in Ceeded, the film is short of just Rs 2 Cr to achieve the break even. The makers have closed the US rights deal at 18 Cr and the film needs to recover 5 Cr for buyers.
