Mumbai Academy of Moving Images (MAMI) has been bringing out some of the best International films for all the movie lovers out there. Just like every day, yesterday also a bunch of films got screened at MAMI, and here are the four films that succeeded in receiving massive applause from the audience.

The first film to impress the audience is Bhaskar Hazarika's directorial 'Aamis'. This striking movie is about a secret affair between an elderly doctor and a Ph.D. student who is years younger than her. Their love for food brings them together. Keeping the concept aside, the narration, performances, and the mindblowing taking by the director received critical acclaim at MAMI. Coming to the second film, 'Who You Think I Am' helmed by Safy Nebbou. The way he took virtual relationships and laced it with an engaging and thrilling storyline will simply blow the minds. The twists and turns in the storyline will keep us on the edge of the chairs. 'Young Ahmad' directed by Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne deals with religious extremism, terrorism, etc. The director subtly dealt with such sensitive issues and gave a memorable message.

'The Wild Goose Lake' by Diao Yinan is a noir thriller which is about a clash between cops and a bike racing gang. Though the film starts slowly, the narrations become racy in the second half, and a few thrilling elements made the movie worth watching.
