After a short gap, Tollywood is now rejoicing the box-office success of a big release Venky Mama featuring Venkatesh & Naga Chaitanya. And we have a few more big movies hitting the screens week. The list of movies participating in this week's race includes Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej's 'Prathi Roju Pandage' and Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Ruler'. For those, who are yet to decide what to watch, here's the complete list of films coming to hit theatres this week. It remains to be seen which movie will make the cut at the box office.
Prathi Roju Pandage (Telugu): Backed by two big production houses UV Creations and GA2 Films, Prathi Roju Pandage is a family drama releasing on 20th December. The film features Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna in the lead, while Kollywood actor Sathyaraj is playing a key role. Directed by Maruthi, Raashi is playing the role of 'Angel Aruna' and her character is likely to entertain audiences big-time.
Ruler (Telugu): After two major disasters NTR- Kathanayakudu and NTR-Mahanayakudu, actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is back with his next project -Ruler. Directed by KS Ravi Kumar, the action film is produced by C. Kalyan under CK Entertainments & Happy Movies banners. Going by the trailer, Balayya is expected to offer double fun with dual roles and he will be seen romancing Sonal Chauhan for the third time and collaborating with Vedhika for the first time.
Donga (Tamil, Telugu): Donga is an action thriller featuring Karthi Sivakumar and Jyothika in key roles. It is scheduled to light the screens on the 20th of this month. Donga, directed by Drishyam fame Jeethu Joseph, is the story of a brother and sister who gets separated and how they reunite after several years. The trailer of the film is very interesting, but there is hardly any buzz around it.
Dabangg-3 (Hindi): The third installment of the blockbuster Dabangg series, featuring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, is all set to release on 20th December. The action entertainer has Saiee Manjrekar and Arbaaz Khan in key roles. It is simultaneously releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil on the same day. What makes it special for South audiences - Sudeep as the main villain and Prabhu Deva as its director.
