In the promotions of her recent flick Jaanu, Samantha revealed to the media, officially, that she is playing a villain in The Family Man, which marks her debut on the digital platforms. “For the first time I've got a chance to play the villain and you can see a new me there. Also, I've done all the stunts myself without any body-double, which is also quite fulfilling. I am really happy that I have bagged such a role and the work has been really great,” said the actress.

Not many heroines come forward like this to do stunts without a body double. But Samantha has accepted the risk in it and has taken it as a challenge to prove her mettle in the industry. With this series, she might definitely go to Bollywood, without a doubt.

The actress is receiving a tremendous response to her performance in Jaanu and is currently awaiting the streaming of The Family Man season 2. Besides these two, the actress currently has no other projects in her kitty.
