There is yet another twist in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's demise. Sushant's father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty the other day in Patna. Rhea was in a relationship with Sushant for the last two years.

In the FIR, KK Singh accused Rhea of using Sushant's credit cards during a Europe tour. The cops have filed the case under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 306 (abetment of suicide),  420 (cheating), 406 (Criminal breach of trust), 341 (wrongful restraint) and 380 (theft). A team of cops from Patna already flew to Mumbai to investigate the case.

The reports claim that the Patna Police will arrest Rhea this evening for further investigation. On the flip side, Rhea recently gave her statement regarding the case to Mumbai Police. She also requested Home Minister Amit Shah to transfer the case to CBI. Mumbai Police have recorded statements from over 40 people regarding this case.
