Touted to be the much-awaited sequel of blockbuster Kannada movie 'KGF chapter 1', 'KGF chapter 2' is undoubtedly one of the highly anticipated movies in the film industry. Prashant Neel is helming this project. Though the makers have initially wanted to wrap up the shooting as soon as possible, and release it by October, the second wave of coronavirus has disturbed all the shooting schedule.

So, the movie shooting got postponed and the makers are left with no option but to wait till the situation gets back to normal to resume the shooting.

Though the producers have been contemplating a Dussehra release for the movie, based on the present situation the movie might get ready by that time. So, the makers are planning to push the release date of the film. The final call regarding the postponement of the movie is yet to get released.
