Going by the sources, Mahesh is facing knee issues and the doctors advised him to get surgery done. After the completion of the shoot of Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Mahesh is expected to undergo surgery. After the surgery, he is said to be taking a break for 2 months and then will begin a new film. Mahesh Babu's next film is in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. Pooja Hegde will play the film's heroine.
