Ace producer Dil Raju is contesting in the Sankranthi festive race this year with his new outing Rowdy Boys. He also booked his berth for the next year Sankranthi, with a bigger film.

It is already known that Dil Raju is bankrolling a big-budget flick with Mega Power Star Ram Charan and maverick director Shankar. The film is currently in the production stage.

Meanwhile, Raju has announced this untitled film will hit the screens during Sankranthi 2023. Speaking to the media in a recent interaction, he said that the shooting of this movie is currently on a halt due to the COVID-19 situation.

He added that it will resume soon and will get wrapped up by August or September. After completing the post-production works in the last quarter of this year, the film will hit the screens during Sankranthi.

Touted to be a political thriller, this project features Kiara Advani as the female lead. Anjali, Sunil and Srikanth are playing other important roles in it.

It also happens to be the landmark 50th film of Dil Raju.
