Kalyan Ram is basking in the success of latest release Bimbisara. Released amidst decent expectations, this movie bagged high Positive responses since its first show. This movie released on yesterday, August 5th is said to have showcased Nandamuri Kalyan Ram in an ever seen avatar.

Helmed by debut director Mallidi Vasishta, the film story is a blend of time-travel and socio-fantasy concepts.

Interestingly, this time travel drama has made a huge start at the box office. While Tollywood is suffering from back to back flops for a few weeks. Finally Bimbisara gave a solid hit to Tollywood box-office in recent times.

As per the latest resorts, Bimbisara bagged approximately 6.5 crores share on day one in both Telugu states, AP and Telangana. This is really a big number for the film and it is obvious that, as the weekend is on, there will be bigger numbers that will be posted in the next two days.

Bankrolled by N.T. R. Arts, the film also stars Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
