Malayali beauty Madonna Sebastian made her debut with the blockbuster film Premam in 2015. In 2016, she made her Telugu debut with the remake of the same movie. The Telugu version of Premam was produced by Sithara Entertainment. After that, she hasn't acted in Telugu for five years.

In 2021, Madonna made a comeback in Tollywood with Nani's Shyam Singha Roy. This movie was originally supposed to be produced by Sithara Entertainment. But for some reason, the producers backed out and Niharika Entertainment took over the project.

Now, it is being rumoured that Madonna has been roped in as the female lead in DJ Tillu's sequel, Tillu Square. It is heard that she replaced Anupama Parameswaran as the leading lady. Even this movie is being produced by Sithara Entertainment. In this way, Madonna's every Telugu film is connected with Sithara banner. She is expected to take part in DJ Tillu 2's shoot very soon. The film hits the screens in March 2023.
