Suriya disappointed everyone with his recent release Kanguva. But, the fans are looking forward to his next film now. Since it is a love story, the fans are hoping that Suriya can have a breather at the box office. Tentatively titled Suriya44, the film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Pooja Hegde plays the female lead. Interestingly, Shriya is also a part of the film, and slowly, the buzz is picking up around the same.

Shriya Saran is one of the popular heroines in the film industry. She began her career in the South and even ventured into Hindi cinema. After marriage and in recent years, she has not been a part of any big film. The last biggie that she was a part of was RRR. But she has done a special song in RRR now.

Speaking about the song at the Goa film festival, Shriya admitted that it is a special song. "I did a song in Suriya sir's movie. It was lovely shooting for it. It will be released in December," she confirmed.

When asked about her lineup, Shriya said, "I am doing a new film in Telugu. It is more of a pan-Indian film. It is a very interesting project. The shoot will begin in a day or two."
