A stampede at Sandhya Theatre during the Pushpa 2 premiere has led to serious developments, including the registration of a case against actor Allu Arjun and the theater management. Following a detailed investigation, authorities have booked the case under Sections 105 and 118(1) r/w 3(5) of the BNS Act.

The incident occurred on the night of December 4th at Sandhya 70mm Theatre in Chikkadapally, RTC Crossroads, during the premiere show of Pushpa 2. The event, scheduled at 9:40 PM, saw an overwhelming turnout of fans eager to watch the film and catch a glimpse of the lead actor, Allu Arjun.

The massive crowd surged in excitement when Allu Arjun arrived at the theater with his security team around 9:30 PM. Many attempted to follow the actor into the theater.

The lower balcony area became overcrowded as large numbers entered along with the actor and his team, intensifying the chaos. Revathi’s family members filed a complaint, which led to the case being registered at the Chikkadapally Police Station.
