Tentatively titled NTR-Neel, NTR's next film is set to release on January 9, 2026. Prashanth Neel has clarified that the film is not a mythological story but a period-action drama. The director spent nearly a year on extensive pre-production, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.

The movie will feature massive, elaborate sets, with Mythri Movie Makers investing heavily in their construction to bring the director's vision to life. The cast of the film includes a mix of Indian and international actors. Rukmini Vasanth, rumored to play the female lead, recently completed her look test and is reportedly thrilled to share the screen with NTR.

Look tests are also being conducted for other key roles, including Tovino Thomas and Biju Menon, who are expected to portray significant characters in the movie.

The film's shoot is scheduled to begin on January 17 in Mangalore, Karnataka, before moving to various international locations, including Sri Lanka, Mexico, and Ukraine.
