Nikhil Siddarth is coming up with an exciting film titled Karthikeya 2. The film is the sequel of the film which started sometime back. On the occasion of Nikhil's birthday today, the makers came up with a new poster. On the poster, the makers wrote, Vaidyo Narayano Hari

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts will produce the film jointly. The makers are yet to finalise the heroine of the film. An official announcement of the film will come out soon.
