Sensational filmmaker Mani Ratnam is currently busy shooting for his prestigious project Ponniyin Selvan. Ponniyin Selvan is considered as a dream project of Mani Ratnam as he has been waiting to work on it for a long time. Netflix who is currently doing a project with Mani Ratnam has given an offer to the veteran filmmaker for Ponniyin Selvan.

Netflix put a proposal in front of Mani Ratnam that he should sell the digital rights of the movie before the release of the film. Netflix offered a huge price but the director is not decided about the same. The filmmaker might think about selling the digital rights only after the release of the movie. If Mani Ratnam shows no interest in the deal, it might be less profitable for the director.

A final decision on the same will be taken soon Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Karthi, Vikram, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, and Aishwarya Rajesh play the lead roles in the movie.
