Nani and SJ Suryah's film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, directed by Vivek Athreya, made a strong impact at the box office upon its release on August 29. The mass masala entertainer has garnered positive reviews from audiences and critics alike, leading to a solid opening.

According to initial trade reports, the film has earned over Rs 25 crore worldwide on its opening day. This impressive start, however, falls short of Nani's previous release, Dasara, which reportedly grossed Rs 38 crore worldwide on its first day.

The film is estimated to have collected around Rs 9 crore nett, with the Telugu version contributing the majority at Rs 8.75 crore. The Telugu version also recorded an overall occupancy of 53.54% on its opening day.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram marks Nani's second collaboration with director Vivek Athreya, following the success of Ante Sundaraniki. The film features a talented cast, including Priyanka Mohan, Murli Sharma, Ajay Ghosh, Aditi Balan, and Sai Kumar. Jakes Bejoy composed the film's music. DVV Danayya is the film's producer.
