After the success that Abhinetri achieved at the box-office, the film's director AL Vijay planned a sequel for the movie with the same lead pair. Touted to be a horror drama, the film had Prabhu Deva and Tamannah Bhatia in the leads. This time, the characterizations are interesting and the theatrical trailer raised curiosity in the film. Plot:
Krishna (Prabhu Deva) and Devi (Tamannah) is a happily married couple. As they start leading a life together, a series of events takes place and Krishna is haunted by two ghosts Ranga Reddy and Alex. There are severe effects on Krishna because of this but Krishna does not know that he is actually haunted by the ghosts. In this scenario, Devi comes to know about this and makes a deal with the ghosts. What is the deal about? Who are Rangareddy and Alex? What happens in the end? Forms the film's plot.

Performances:
Prabhu Deva's energetic performance is definitely the show-stealing aspect of this film. His character will have so many variations in the movie and Prabhu Deva has pulled it off with ease. Tamannaah looked effortlessly beautiful and will also impress with her stunning performance and dancing skills. Her chemistry with Prabhudeva also worked out well. Nandita Swetha went under the skin of the character and performed well. Dimple Hayati justified her role. Kovai Sarala delivered another loud performance and will evoke some laughs in the theatres. The rest of the cast is okay and made their presence felt.

Technical Aspects:
Production values by K Ganesh and R Ravindra under GV Films and Trident Arts are lavish. The producers have invested decent amounts for the film. Music by Sam CS can be considered as one of the major plus points for this film. Not only the songs, but his BGM is also really worth appreciating. Cinematography Ayananka Bose is awesome. He has produced some captivating visuals for the film. Editing by Anthony is clean and neat. The runtime is crisp.

Review:
Director A L Vijay has repeated the same formula he has used in the first part in this movie as well. He has prepared a small story and laced it up with comedy, entertainment, and romance. He has narrated the story really well but failed in either scaring or surprising the audiences as the film lacks freshness. When compared to the first part of the film, the second part is really dull. The director could have safely avoided the sequel but to cash the craze, he came up with the project but the entertainment that saved the first part of the movie completely goes missing in this one. There are a lot of flaws in the film but the performances of Prabhu Deva and Tamannah kept the film going. Except for their performances, the film offers nothing worth enough to grab a watch.
